Why I joined SAGIE as an operator

I have been in enough rooms where the founders get all the air and the operators get a polite nod. SAGIE is not that room.

I build the systems that make companies actually work. I have done it for early-stage startups, scale-ups, and everything in between. What I was looking for was a network that recognised that work as the foundation, not the footnote.

What I found

A community where introductions are warm because the person making them knows both sides. Where showing up consistently matters more than having the flashiest deck.

Three months in, I have two new clients from the network and a co-founder conversation that is going somewhere real. None of that came from pitching. It came from being present.
